Lava Worm

 

An impressively tall rearing worm from Mierce.  I thought a lava effect would be nice !

 

I'm rather pleased with the scales : the black was obtained by painting a yellow glaze over the top of a purply-blue base coat, and adding blobs of other colours, which seems to have given a nice colour-shift effect.
